"Dr. Jeffrey Lord has been wonderful throughout this 9 month process. His office staff has been friendly and some, specifically Ruth, went above and beyond to allow this surgery to happen. Dr. Lord is so thorough in details that there is no excuse why anyone doesn't know exactly what is going to happen at each step in the process. rnrnDr. Lord has a very structured after care program. He encourages us to continue to lose wait but if we don't he has NO problem telling us about it.rnrnI would strongly recommend anyone interested in surgery to go to his meeting and follow up with a support meeting and an appointment with him.rnrnDr. Lord did come in every morning and evening to see me. The only negative I would say is that he doesn't spend as much time with you that I would like. He has so many patients I understand but the nurses can answer all my questions or they call him immediately. "
