Frustrated and ready to get this show on the road!

So after not hearing from the doctors office like they said I would when I left my internist visit I decide I will call them, the outcome is I'm frustrated!!!I went into this process knowing that I had to complete a 6 month diet and exercise program before I could submit all of my paperwork to the insurance company for approval. When I call the doctors office today first they could not find my chart and thought that maybe it had gotten left at the new satellite office where I had my internist appointment the women said she would look into it and call me back before the day was over. She called back about 20 minutes later (I missed the call and it went to voice mail) she said that because I have a BMI of over 50 that BLUE CARE NETWORK did not require me to do any sort of supervised diet and that she would have another women call me to set up an appointment with the surgeon and behaviorist........................Problem...........I have UNITED HEALTHCARE!!!! Gahhhhh!!
At this point I'm a bit concerned that they don't have their ducks in a row, so I call back and leave her a message regarding the insurance mix up and ask her to call me. Now the insurance is figured out but I have to wait until April for my first appointment which turns my 6 months into 8!!
Sorry for all that, I just really really want to get a move on so that I get to the part where I LIVE my life instead of it living me.
