I'm back oh

everyone i hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving and a merry Christmas, a happy new year, for the last 2-3 months i have been very busy, my kids are 10,6,3, 2 girls and one boy(the boy is 3 years old) well anyway there birthday parties keeps me busy (Myah is 10 her birthday is Sept, Elijah is 3 is birthday is Oct, and Anayah is 6 her birthday is November then Christmas so i have been quite busy, over thanksgiving my daughter Anayah has got strep throat and stomach virus and a fever that lasted almost a week and couple days, then after she was filling better my son Elijah got sick he just has strep throat, then Myah got sick with strep throat, then once i got everybody better i was about to take them to school when all of them started to vomit everywhere. then i got sick i was in and out of the hospital i had what they had but worse. i was sick for 2-3 weeks. well i'm better, so much better.  i just wanted you to know how i'm doing my starting weight was 405 now i'm 301.4lbs god has really helped me with my journey. what i do is make short term goals and i make them cause i think they are just as big as long term goals, i dont like doing long term goals cause i dont keep them. well my family in oh have a blessing 2009 year
