hello my family

well the 18th i have a doctors appointment at 11:30am i wonder what he is gonna say to me hopefully it is good news, i have been exercising, walking the treadmill and weight training. my daughters says i'm getting skinny, my husband always say i'm losing weight and that he can see the change.  i love my family they are very important to me.  well i will let you know what the doctor says to me.  well my weight is 292lbs and i'm 5'5.
