how is everybody

i have been okay since my great-grand father has passed away.  well my scale is broke i have to get another scale i have not weighed5d myself yet but i know I'm still loosing and that is a good thing, my grand mother had to have an operation on Tuesday march 24, 2008 she had no blood circulation to her foot so the operation went very good {she had diabetes, and blind in both eyes, high blood she is 5'5 and weighs about 175lbs.  well i'm exercising about 2 hours a day, taking my vitamins and eating right too.


i want to know how is everyone doing?
