Plateau

Jun 25, 2014

In all honesty its been eons since I have been on here.  I'm just slightly over 18 months out from my band to bypass revision surgery and overall pleased with my success but starting to become frustrated.  In total since I initially had my lap band surgery in July of 2011 and then my band to bypass surgery in December 2012 I've gone from 260lbs to my current weight of 167.  I have been stuck at 167 now for at least 7 months and no amount of exercise, food tracking switching things up will budge that number. What on earth is going on? Am I destined to be at this weight for the rest of my life? I'm in a clothes size 9/10 which isn't all that bad but I really would like to drop another 20-25lbs to be at a weight that I feel comfortable with.  Any suggestions, tips? I'm also extremely panicky about regain as I know that at the 18-24 month mark you stop bypassing a lot of your food.  I'm very cautious about my eating habits and do not want regain in any way shape or form.
