Well January 31st I was 6 months post op and I have lost 102 pounds so far. But in the past month I have been running into problems with my joints hurting really bad it has gotten to the point that I can not even stand for more than 2 or 3 minuets before I feel like I am going to collapse, but I go to the doctor monday and hopefully I find out what is going on. I still have problems getting in all my protein and water usually but it's getting better :)

Okay so I am 3 and 1/2 months out 47 pounds down and it keeps getting harder and harder. My weight loss has slowed to snail speed and I have no idea what to do about it so I am just hoping it kicks back up again. I would hate to have went through all this for nothing.

 Well so far I am 2 months out 55 lbs down and down 2 pant sizes. I need to start making sure I am getting in all my protein again and water which I have not been doing so great at and need to up the exercise. O ther than that everything is good :)

 I did my first day of c25k and it was great I feel awesome and have more energy now than when I started.

 Not much of a change since my last post but it has to get better before it gets worse. I found something that's not bad for me for my crunch craving and that is sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Mmmm so good and much better for you than pretzels and things like that. 

 I am 26 days out and down 30 lbs but i have been in a stall for almost 2 weeks now I am so frustrated with it I am starting to wonder if this surgery is going to work for me like I though and was told it would....... :(

 Tuesday August the 14th will start my 3rd week out from vsg I have already lost 25lbs and am off my sugar meds. Now I am working on getting off my blood pressure medication I already feel so much better so much more energy. I am so happy I decided to have this surgery.
