Inches...

So, it's been a while since I measured myself and I decided to measure my waist, hips and torso and see where things stand.  I measured first on July, 8th, 2009.  Here's the deal:
                     Starting           Today
Torso             42                    37
Waist:            47                    39
Hips               51                    45

I was flipping out!  It's funny because I've maintained at 217 for about a week, but I've lost quite a few inches in that time.  I'll keep my measuring tape out next time I hit a stall!  ;-)
