Under 200!

I finally made it under 200 lbs.  I was under 200 a few years ago, but have kept on inching up and poof!  Before I knew it, I was 237.  I am finally beginning to feel "normal" now, and can eat much better.  Protein shakes and eggs still make me want to hurl, and I suspect mayonnaise does too, but haven't specifically pinpointed if that is the cause or not.  I am not drinking enough and probably don't get enough protein on most days, but I think it will come.  My sister is here visting from Arkansas, and it will just be her, my hubby and me for Thanksgiving.  My son is going with his dad.  I'm making a turkey and various side dishes, which are low carb.   Also going to make a low carb pumpkin cheesecake for dessert, which I am dying to have.  I'm craving sweets and carbs.  I have "cheated" a few times and had some peanut butter crackers and Fritos.  Just a few each time, but I know I need to not have them.  But a few satisfied my cravings, so hopefully it will be okay!
