First Follow Up Visit

I went to see Dr. Davis today and I weighed in! Wow! I'm down 20lbs ovet the last couple of weeks! That's crazy to me!!! I'm on my way and I'm so excited!
The only thing I was worried about is drinking 64oz of water a day! Gosh! I'm doing good to get half that in. I'll have to get creative I guess. I go back in two months for another follow up. Let's see what happens.....
