1 year Today!!!!

WOW!!!! I cannot believe it has already been 1 year sense my RNY! Just to think at this time last year I was in a hospital bed with the worse gas pains in my life! LOL

I am so blessed to have made it through the surgery with no major side effects. I have lost  154lbs to date! I was in a tight 26 jean and wore some 28's and now I am in a 10! I was wearing 3x shirts, and I am in a M/L! I wear a size 10 dress, as for before, I did not wear dresses! So a lot has changed.

I have finally hit a really long stall! I say finally because I never had one last over a week, now it is almost a month and a half. I guess the body is making up for the time I did not have stalls. I did however do a 5 day pouch test and I lost a few pounds, but I am back to that darn stall. I did spend a lot more time at the gym yesterday, and I drank A LOT of water, I have a bad cold and I think I am retaining water, because I feel like I am so thirsty ALL the time!!! I did come down with this cold the day after my pouch test so it could be causeing the stall who knows. Plus I have been having some major fruit cravings, it seems lately like I cannot get enough, again could be the need for some extra vitamin C, not sure on that either. Well I am going to go out and play in the snopw with the kids, sense there is no sign of letting up! :)
