"Dr. Huse is a great surgeon and a caring man. My first impression was that he was very knowledable about gastric bypass and very professional. His office staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help you get what you need. What I least like about Dr. Huse was that he is very very buzy and its sometimes hard to schedule an appointment. He is the most requested surgeon in Indianapolis. What future patients should know is that Dr. Huse will do the very best job he can and will make sure you get the best care that he can offer. Dr. Huse as well as St. Vincents Carmel Hospital strees that aftercare is of high priority and that you should follow there structured aftercare program to get the best care you need. Dr. Huse covered the risks of surgery very well and I understood that even death can occur in some instances, but with the structured aftercare you will have a lower risk of any complications. I would rate Dr. Huse a 9 out of 10. The only one that is perfect is GOD. :) I believe surgical competence and bedside manner are both great with Dr. Huse. You can ask for a better Doctor.
