Hi again. I just saw that you are having a DS. Me too. Have you checked out the Doudenalswitch.com site? I got lots of info off there. I really enjoyed reading the patients stories. They were a wealth of info. There's also Onelist DS Group. I just read there. I don't get their messages off their board to my account cause there is just too much of it. Over 2000 members. Saw your post. My Dr said to take Centrirum Vitamins with trace elements.Also Calcium and Vitamin K I think. Doesn't your Dr have an aftercare program? If not do some digging on the internet and read up on it. Try www.mywls.com , Center for severe obesity, a doctor in your house.com ,spotlighthealth.com , pacific surgery .Hope this helps. Leslie E.

Hi Cinda, Thank you for the anniversery post, I am feeling great and have lost 87 lbs. I now wear a size 18W from a size tight 28W. Good luck on your up coming surgery it will be here before you know it. I wish you a speedy recovery. Talk to you later. Sheila
