My journey to a healthier slimmer life begins this Wednesday morning January 28th, 2009. I am more excited than I can say. For the first time in my life long battle of being over weight I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am not afraid of hard work as I have been working at losing weight my whole life, what I needed was a chance to get me to a weight that diet and excercise alone was not getting me to.
I thank God, my family and Dr Caruana for the their support and getting me started on this fantastic journey and the opportunity to have a fresh start at life.
