Sooooo happy I finally can fit a 14 comfortable, I so think i shpould be farther along by now, but I wont complain I hav ereached my 100 mark  THANK YOU JESUS!!!

 I'am so happy I have been trying on 18 for the last two months and notice that they just didnt look right never to realize the reason was because I no longer could wear them I kelp saying owwh! this just dont look right then something said try a 16 and YES!!!! it fit perfectly I cried wow it looked sooooo good and the next time it will look even better because I just got a grapefruit size fatty tissue removed from my side that was causing me to look bigger Dr. hobson did a wonderful job they look Identical now I'm sure my clothes will fit even better wooo who!!!!

63lbs gone forever!!!!!!!!!

Hello family as of today I have lose 63lbs, sorry I can't post pics I misplaced my usb cord well I didnt my son actually did. I have pics just waiting to be posted hopefully I will find it or i may have to buy another one peace out to to yall soon love you all and my God continue to shine upon your lives.

I feel really good I found out the hard way...well I wouldnt say hard but, I found I missing protein and vitamins will have you really feeling tired it only took 2 days with out one or the other i wont allow that again I just bless the Lord!!! and Praise Him!!! every chance I get I'm lovin my new life.

Well OH family today makes 1 month since my surgery and I'm proud to say I have lose 33 lbs I'm so happy I feel great my good days out weigh my bad days I love my pouch it's sometimes dislike me but that's only because i'm getting to know  it other than that I feel wonderful, I'am amazed at how I have changed mentally I have not had any anxiety attacks no panic attacks no depression my PCP said he believed it all came from my weight and now I really believe him what you put in your body can effect you mentally I never had it severe, but I believe it I would have went on with out the surgery it would have gotten worst... GLORY BE TO GOD !!!!!!!!! for surgeons and Dr's God have put in place for believers like myself that have faith that God can work through whom ever he choose.

I feel like I should be losing more I have been stuck on 294 for a while, finally  I reached 291 yesterday. I'm not sure why I'm not losing... maybe it's just me but I read other blogs and I hear the weight coming off like crazy I cant help but think I'm eating something wrong or maybe not drinking enough water or something someone please help!!!!!!!!!!

10.Sugar Free Fudge Sicles WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
