I finally had my surgery and it went great, I would do it all over again.  I had a wonderful trip to Tijuana Mexico where I had surgery with Dr. ROD, and his team was great. I believe that I had better care there than in any hospital I have even been in here in the US.  I would reccomend it to anyone.  It's been since August 18,2011 and I've only lost 55 lbs... That's partly my fault.  i have had such bad heart burn that I have been eating things to sooth it.  I did not take all my medicine I was supposed to take when I went home, so I struggle... But I am doing so much better now and I am back on track again.   I tried to exercise when I got home but it was too soon and I started to get light headed. so I put the exercising off for a little while, but now I am back on it.  I will post new photos soon...
