So my progress has halted... I have not lost weght for a long time now... but I dont exercise like I should either.... beeen trying to lifts weights some (I have lots of flab) and go for a 2 mile walk at least every other day.... I am still tired all the time... had my thyroid checked and I will fu with my dr in a few weeks to see if I need meds......
Oh well... If you want to add ME=)
