"after my surgury i had to get in at least 60g of protein a day, sorry but i just could not go it, i bought many of the proteins from on line to walmart could not drink any of them, finely after 2 months i new i had to keep looking so i bought the natures best perfect zero carb isopure at www.naturesbest.com in the 3lb. creamy vailla after it came in i mix it with water like it said, will it was ok but still not that great , so i desided to try it with 2% milk and NOW I CAN STAND TO DRINK IT DAYLY TO GET IN MY 60g so to anyone out there haveing a hard time with this, try this one and see if it help's, i don't care for protein drinks at all but in all that i've tryed this one's the best . one glass day and your done, "
