Hi all. I know it's been a while since I have updated. It has been almost 7 weeks. I am down 40 pounds, although I have been stuck there for about 3 weeks. I appear to be loosing inches. I have had to go and dig out some smaller clothes that I had stuffed away. I have finally been able to go to the chiropractor to try and get my hips back in place so I can get on the treadmill. Hopefully the treadmill will get the weight moving again. I am getting frustrated. I am still trying to slow down my eating and find what will agree with me. I just don't get that warm fuzzy feeling after I eat, like you usually get.(That satisfied feeling). I have a hard time understanding how you can loose inches and not have the scales show a loss.

Hi everyone. I am still alive. Although some moments I'm not sure. I am still pretty tired and don't want to sit at this computer. I do want to thank everyone for all their wishes and a Big Thanks to Ruth for helping my daughter with the page and the phone calls and Flowers she sent. Her day is coming soon, too. I will update more when I feel like sitting for a while.
