100 pounds gone!

As of this morning, I am officially 100 pounds down! I am so excited, and feeling so blessed! I have another 70 pounds to go, but I believe that I can do this! I am hoping to get that 70 pounds off by July 30th, which is my one year surgery date. I would do this surgery again in a heartbeat. I feel like I am living again for the first time in ten years. It is WONDERFUL! I am finally learning how to eat, and what healthy eating looks like on a long term basis. I am empowered to know that if I keep up with this new lifestyle, I can and will be successful for many years to come. I own this surgery, and the choices I am making on a daily basis.
