NOT a happy camper!

On March 30 I will be exactly 8 months post op from RNY surgery! 8 months...really?! This time has absolutely flown by for me. I was losing pretty steadily for the first 6 months, and then from month 6 to month 7, I only lost 9-10 pounds. Well, here I am at almost month 8 and I have stalled since month 7! Not one freakin single pound lost! Grrr. I still need to lose 50 pounds to hit 160, which is my goal weight. I am now pretty sure this isn't going to happen by my one year surgery date (July 30). I have lost 116 pounds overall and am very pleased with this, but I admit, I am frustrated right now! I NEED to lose the rest of my excess weight for ME. I am now in a size 12, and off all of my medications besides insulin, so in all respects, this surgery was a huge success. I just am really focused and determined to lose the last 50 pounds. I have never been thin in my entire life, and I crave this! Any words of advice, etc are greatly appreciated!
