grrr 3 lb weight gain in one day .... yuk yuk yuk

so the last 2 weeks I have been loosing everyother day ,  but today up three lbs  I know its water wieght but still very frustrating ...  any how got down to 221 yesterday and up 224 today ...     I want to loose 20 lbs in the next 5 weeks I know that is a bit outta reach but that is my goal...
