Lisa, Good luck with your upcoming surgery. Nervous? Scared? Excited? All of the above? You'll do just fine. Don’t worry about getting in all your protein the first couple of weeks. Focus on drinking enough water…SIP, SIP, SIP. Another important thing is to get as much sleep as possible the first two weeks. Your body needs the rest and you’ll be VERY tired.
