"On hold for 40 minutes trying to schedule a consultation for a revision procedure. After all that, the receptionist informed me that the Dr. won't even see me without the Operation report from the Ohio hospital, over 9 years ago. When I told her that the hospital couldn't find it (despite a month of inquiries on my part), and did I have any options? She said "No, not really," and that I had to go elsewhere. OK..."
