I got my second fill April 15.  I still cannot fill any restriction..very frustrating..
weight loss is slow.  Been eating relatively good and exercising.
Still struggling with drinking with my meals.

Had to take Cole to the doctor monday of this week.  He injured his knee about a month ago skating and it is starting to act up.  Doctor's have told him to rest the knee for a week, which for an active 11 year old, seems like an eternity.

Breakfast:  Orange, 2 buckwheat pancakes
Lunch: 2 salmon croquets, squash, 1/2 cornbread muffin (home plate)
Snack: 1/2 cookie
Dinner:  6 steamed shrimp, sauteed green peas

Cardio:  55 minutes on exercise bike, 20 ab crunches, 40 reps/leg on llmachine.

My husband took my measurements again would not think that would be so hard, but for some reason it is.  I have no idea if he measured me in the same spots as last time:

Neck:  13-7/8
Arms:  16-1/2
Hips;    51 - 1/2
Thigh:  27
Calf: 16-3/4

Past two days we have had a class at work.  Not eating very well....Also drinking with my meals.  

Breakfast:  Egg McMuffin
Snack:  2 cookies (I know...bad, bad)
Lunch:  BBQ chicken and small bowl of beans
Snack:  2 more cookies (Damn class)
Dinner:  Chicken stir fry with brown rice
                small myloplex drink

No cardio today....20 crunches...20 reps on arms

Yesterday 30 minutes on bike...40 reps/leg on LL machine.

Still having some issues at work....not eating and exercising like I should be.
I was supposed to have my 2nd fill today however, we had a marathon meeting at work...Gonna try for tomorrow.

Eating like a blimp....Not sure what's going on...Today is my youngest son's 11th birthday...

Breakfast:  4 pancakes with olive oil spread and small amount of syrup.
Myloplex Drink
Lunch:  1 hotdog
Snack:  Weight watchers ice-cream
              1 cup chocolate soy milk.

Trying to lose 30 lbs. before April 20, Washington trip.  Still have 9 to go.

Breakfast:  Juiced 2 cups of spinach and 2 granny smith apples.
                 Myloplex protein drink
Lunch: 1/4 tuna salad
Snack:  cheese stick
Supper:  Mashed potatoes, turnip greens, lima beans, 2 cornbread muffins from Tannehill General.

Exercise: 50 minutes on bike.  40 reps on Lean leg machine.

Been an extremely stressful 2 weeks at work.  I have not been sleeping well.  I moved offices today.  Tomorrow is my first session with a personal trainer.  I'm looking foward to someone helping me.  I got my first fill on March 4 and to be honest I cannot tell any difference.  I can still eat anything I want, however, I'm not.  I need to do better eating more fruits and vegetables and I have not been getting my water in.   Even though the scales are not showing my progress, my clothes are.  I was wearing a size 26 (they were a little big on me) and now I can comfortably wear my size 22 Levis that have been in the bottom of the closet for years.  I had been buying 3X shirts and now I can wear a 2X.  I have a very good group of ladies friends at work and they have been extremely supportive and complementary and I love them for it.  Sometimes women get very jealous of each other, especially when someone is changing...I thank God that this has not happened to me yet, because I need them right now.

I took some measurements today:
Neck: 13 3/8"
Arms: 16 3/4"
Hips: 54"
Thigh: 28"
Calf: 17"
