Still stuck in a rut!
Mar 25, 2009Ok, so I am down 1 and 1/2 pounds this week and it is not good. I know at this point I am losing muscle because I have not been exercising and eating terrible. I have a list of excuses that go on forever, but I have to change this...soon!! I have worked way too hard to be here!!!
