looking at my ticker on my profile page.  I remember when it was way to the left and now it is way to the right...love it!

So, I lost more weight but I had confirmed yesterday what I feared.  My Lean Mass has gone up, so I am losing muscle right now.  I really need to get in the gym and get on the weights...quick!!
