Jun 16, 2009So, the last few weeks has been hard....my weight is bouncing up and down and it is stressful. One week I am at 165 amd then I am back to 169! ahhh!!! I am trying not to worry and just keep at the exercise, but it is hard not to. Yesterday I worked out with my old trainer and that felt wonderful. I am going to try to keep focus on feeling good and not the scale...wish me luck!
