Congradulations on your new journey!! Keep in mind this next week or so may still be pretty rough, but it does get better!!! I don't know about you, but at 5 days out I couldn't believe how full I got off of 1 or maybe 2 ounces. Keep drinking your water, it will get easier. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Brook

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
