STRUGGLING

I'm struggling to keep off  what little weight i have not gained back. so i decided to put down every thing that go in my mouth and see if it will help me get better control of my eating.

Breakfast: 5 Small sausage biscuits Honey bun

Lunch: chicken, roll, peas, tomato, cucumber, and small peace of birthday cake.

Snack: chips and cake


supper: BBQ pork no bun chips and salad.

I have to be honest I had more chips and cake and cheese and crackers this afternoon. I tend to graze all day if i don't stay busy.
