Got on the scale this morning and I weight 135 pounds!

So, It's been a little over a year and I weight 135 pounds. That is a 126 pound total weightloss!. I also have more good news. I'm scheduled for a tummy tuck and arm lift May 6th, 2011. I have to admit... I am a bit nervous about his one. I hear that the recovery is brutal! I hope that everything goes smoother than I anticipate.  I am currently wearing a size 7 in pants and I'm in between a small and medium top. I also wear  a size 6 dress! WTF! I would have NEVER IMAGINED BEING THIS SMALL  IN MY LIFE! It feels amazing! and I feel so blessed! I'm going to post new pics soon. Love you guys!

losing slower now... but, I'm down 111 pounds! 11 months out!

I have been losing at a much slower  pace lately but, I also don't have as much weight left to lose... So, I can't complain! lol. I have lost 111 pounds since February 02, 2010 and I am ecstatic! I My whole outlook on life has changed! :) I will be celebrating my 30th birthday on Jan 25th, 2011. My party will be on Feb 5th and it's the first real birthday party I have ever had. I'm pretty excited and can't believe that I am actually looking forward to shopping for my birthday dress! I will post new pics soon. At 150, I can fit medium dresses, small to medium tops and a size 9 pants! YAY!!!!

Yay! I'm so excited. I've lost 82 pounds since February! I weigh 179.  I can't believe it! But, I'm ready to be smaller. It's become kind of an obsession. My goal is between 125 and 130. I don't wanna lose my curves, lol.

HOLY CANOLI !!!!! I am in ONEDERAND! I have not been under 200 pounds in over 4 years! I'm so happy that I made this decision!  I had surgery on 02/02/2010 I weighed 261 pounds and today 06/05/2010 I weigh 195!!!! HOLY CRAP! :) BIG CHEESE!!!! It's so weird too  because I have been getting lot's of attention from guys lately, lol. Before they wouldn't even notice me and just the other day an Armoured car driver hit on me from the loudspeaker inside of his truck! lmao. It feels weird and good all at the same time. I can't wait until I reach my next goal of 175! I just started working out. I wanna  be as toned as possible when I reach my goal of between 125 and 130. Wow! I can't believe I'm so close! just 65 to 70 pounds to go!!!! YAHOOOOOO!!!!!!! lol

Hola guys :) Sorry it's been so  long since I last posted but, so much has happened in the last few months.  I graduated from college May 8th! FINALLY! LOL Now let's talk about weight loss. I weigh 205 now YAY! lol My starting weight Feb 02 2010 was 261 that means I am down 56 pounds!!!! Holy canoli!!!! lol If you would have told me on New Years Eve that I would be so close to onederland right now...  I would have said yeah right! I still can't believe it... haha. I went from a size 22 pant to an 18 and a 2x shirt o a 14! Crazy right???? lol. Any who, after I reach onederland, my next goal is to weigh 185 which will be smaller than I was 4 years ago and after that 175  size 13/14 pants ( I know because I remember what size cloths I wore at each stage of my weight gain lol)  And the other day I looked in the mirror and I had a butt!!!! haha a kinda cute one too! lmao. I'm gonna post pics just on my way to my neices Christening.

Now for sad news... I had to put my dog (Sandy) (My first and only child) to sleep on May 10th, 2010. That was realy hard for me and my family. She was 16. I have had her since she was born and she was like my child :(  I held her while they gave her the injection. I was there for her when she took her last breath. I had never lost anyone that I loved before she passed away and it was extremely painful for me. I still cry when I think about it.  And now my Gram is sick :(  She has emphysema and  C.O.P.D.  and she was rushed to the hospital Friday night. She has pneumonia and now they think she may also have T.B. I'm very close to my gram she is like my bestfriend so I don't know if I could take it if I lost her too right now :( I love her sooo much. I alway's hang out with her at her house and she gives me boy advice. I'm soooo worried about her. She's a strong lady though, so hopefully she will pull through it. Anywho, I hope everyone is well. So, Here I am exactly 1 month out and life is great :) I'm down 30 pounds and I'm actually starting to notice a big difference in my clothes : ) YAY!!!  Fluids are easier now. I chew on ice chips for most of the day helps to ease that oral fixation :) and it allows me to get closer to my fluid goals :) I'm on soft food so I've been eating egg whites (hard boiled) 20 grams of protien in 5 and hardly any calories, Low fat cheese cubes(7 cubes=6grams of protien and 110 calories), flaky white fish like baked lemon pepper Tilapia and grilled potato crusted flounder also canned tuna from time to time. I also east 1 slice of turkey balogna in the am with my 7 cheese cubes (fat free). and for a snack I have 1 cup of cubed watermelon or orange slices or an apple minus most of the skin (the fruit helps to keep things regular) I talked to my nut and although fruit is high in sugar its natural sugar and ok to eat. They are also full of nutrients :) I have not been exercising except for an occassional walk around the office, mall, or up and down the stairs on campus and at home (oh yeah and I walk my dogs but this is normal for me). I just purchased a treadmill and it is getting delivered today so now I can't use the snow as an excuse. I'm excited about working out. I actually enjoy it when I get off of my but and comit to doing something, lol.
All in all I have my energy back and I feel great :) Looking forward to what the future brings :)
