1 month out :)

So, Here I am exactly 1 month out and life is great :) I'm down 30 pounds and I'm actually starting to notice a big difference in my clothes : ) YAY!!!  Fluids are easier now. I chew on ice chips for most of the day helps to ease that oral fixation :) and it allows me to get closer to my fluid goals :) I'm on soft food so I've been eating egg whites (hard boiled) 20 grams of protien in 5 and hardly any calories, Low fat cheese cubes(7 cubes=6grams of protien and 110 calories), flaky white fish like baked lemon pepper Tilapia and grilled potato crusted flounder also canned tuna from time to time. I also east 1 slice of turkey balogna in the am with my 7 cheese cubes (fat free). and for a snack I have 1 cup of cubed watermelon or orange slices or an apple minus most of the skin (the fruit helps to keep things regular) I talked to my nut and although fruit is high in sugar its natural sugar and ok to eat. They are also full of nutrients :) I have not been exercising except for an occassional walk around the office, mall, or up and down the stairs on campus and at home (oh yeah and I walk my dogs but this is normal for me). I just purchased a treadmill and it is getting delivered today so now I can't use the snow as an excuse. I'm excited about working out. I actually enjoy it when I get off of my but and comit to doing something, lol.
All in all I have my energy back and I feel great :) Looking forward to what the future brings :)
