I had a revision to RNY with hiatal hernia repair 4 days ago. I lost my weight with the sleeve but my GERD was severe and my health was deteriorating because of it. I was 144 pounds at the hospital the morning of my revision. It is a lonely feeling to be having gastric bypass revision at a normal bmi with no regain. I am hoping to not lose much. Recovery has been rougher. It hurt eating jello yesterday. My surgeon wanted me to try a protein shake today but it's slow going. Iced herbal tea and sugar free Popsicles are my favorite right now.
