Here's my story...
First off, I've read so many profiles-- A lot of them I found myself nodding my head and laughing because that's my story too! Obviously there are little differences here and there but geezzz I can relate to almost everbody.
I've been a big girl my entire life. My first diet was in 2nd grade. I think it all started because I seriously don't remember a time when my mother was not on a diet growing up. I have tried everything under the sun to lose weight-- Jenny Craig, nutrisystem, south beach, slim fast, full bars, 24 hour fitness trainer, nutritionist, weight watchers etc... I'm sick of obsessing over my weight. I would love to wake up one day and just not think about food constantly.
I've been making a list of things I would do when I lose weight....
~Learn to salsa dance- I have NO rhythm but I'm okay with that lol
~Shopping at regular stores, fitting in regular sizes
~Fitting in a swimming suite & feeling good about myself
~Taking full body pictures, not just face pictures
~Not feeling jealous of my little sister because she's skinny
~Go hiking-- Without gasping for air!
~Stop waiting to live life
~Stop hearing people say "you're not big, you're just tall" (BS!!!)
