Had another appointment today/Lost a high school friend..

So,I had my appt today for a physical and to discuss my blood test results. My cholesterol is high and I have high triglycerides!! Scary stuff!   I got a referral to have a sleep study done so that should be within the next week or so. Everything is coming along nicely. My surgeon's name is Dr. Patrick Coates and so far the ladies from his office have been nothing but nice to me!!  So,I will go on Nov 10th to the seminar,meet the surgeon,give them copies of my insurance card and schedule my first appt with the surgeon. In the mean time I will be working on getting my psychiatric eval. done so I am ahead of the game when I get to the seminar. I received a packet in the mail from Dr. Coates office today so I have to have that filled out and bring it when I go. I made copies of my lab work and all that jazz.

OAN: I came home from my appt today and logged into my facebook and saw that a friend of mine from high school had passed away. She was found in her home dead while her 1 yr old daughter was screaming in another room all by herself. Police are treating it as a suspicious death right now and I am completely heartbroken for her and her family!!!  My mind can't seem to be anywhere else but with her and wondering what on earth happened....Well that's all for now,*Muah OH*
