I had the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on the 25th of January!!! I am 7 days post op and have lost 7 lbs!!!! I am very happy!! I've been on clear liquids the whole week and now I am allowed to have my vitamins,protein shakes and some very soft foods!!! =) I am so glad I went ahead with the sleeve,I know I'm gonna be successful!!
