On May 6, 2017 I will be 1 year sober.
I have not smoked cigarettes since November 16, 2016.
My weight is fluctuating between 175 and 190's.

I dont exercise anymore. Not at all. The most I move is walking to my car.. and I park as close as I can. I used to do that park far away thing to get in a little extra exercise.
Well I got blood work done and my vitamin D level is 4.2 (severly low). My PCP (Thundermist Dr. Rich) put me on 1,000 mg. a day. Im also low in iron. I dont have the pills or results in front of me right now but Im to take prescribed iron 2X a day. I started taking my senior chewable multi-vitamin again too. Im off my psych meds due to drinking and hadnt been taking my asthma meds (just being lazy) but Im taking them now.
I had a watermelon, strawberry, kale and chia juice made in the Nutribullet RX this morning. But that is... after 2 whiskey & Cokes.
I KNOW! BAD. I get serious anxiety when I dont drink and even sometimes when I do. My Psychiatrist (CCA Dr. Stemp) discontinued my Valiums due to my drinking and I drink because I dont have them... Vicious circle!!

Well... Im not gonna lie. Im still drinking soda and whiskey but I have cut down. Ive also added tons of super healthy foods, teas and infused waters to my diet.

Im still fluctuating between 185-189 lbs. but I have MUCH more energy and my skin and hair look very healthy.
Ps. This is my 3 year anniversary since my RNY Gastric bypass. I was 260 went down to 150 in a yea and now (like I said) Im around 185. Not too bad but Id like to be 150 again and ideally 130. But I could also live with 160. Hey... All I have to say is I better never see 200 lbs again. I came damn close at 197. We all know what to do. Its just a matter of doing it.
Soda and booooze

I went up to 198 lbs! Yikes!! Thats WAY too close to 200 for me. I stopped soda and booze for 7 days and lost 9 lbs.
Lost 10 lbs. in 5 days
