I dont exercise anymore. Not at all. The most I move is walking to my car.. and I park as close as I can. I used to do that park far away thing to get in a little extra exercise.
Well I got blood work done and my vitamin D level is 4.2 (severly low). My PCP (Thundermist Dr. Rich) put me on 1,000 mg. a day. Im also low in iron. I dont have the pills or results in front of me right now but Im to take prescribed iron 2X a day. I started taking my senior chewable multi-vitamin again too. Im off my psych meds due to drinking and hadnt been taking my asthma meds (just being lazy) but Im taking them now.
I had a watermelon, strawberry, kale and chia juice made in the Nutribullet RX this morning. But that is... after 2 whiskey & Cokes.
I KNOW! BAD. I get serious anxiety when I dont drink and even sometimes when I do. My Psychiatrist (CCA Dr. Stemp) discontinued my Valiums due to my drinking and I drink because I dont have them... Vicious circle!!
