I have been the fat girl all my life. In my family food was the default... for happy, sad, comfort, celebration, winning, and losing. I remember the title of an angst ridden poem I wrote once.... I am 12 and I wear a size 14. At 26 years old I have trouble exercising because of pain in my knees and ankles. I don't want to keep living like this and am seeking out a tool to help me lose weight and regain control over my life.
