"Dr. Caruana is WONDERFUL!!! When I was in the waiting room, I was just observing all the staff, and the way I saw him interacting with everyone was very impressive. When you get taken back into the exam room, you meet Lisa to do your vitals and then history, and then Dr. C. comes in. I cannot express just how friendly and kind and wonderful he is!! EVERYONE I met with was just as nice and wonderful! Then I met with the girl who deals with the insurance. She explained how the insurance approval goes, and that she will be contacting me on a Friday, probably in a few weeks, or as soon as the insurance approval comes in...I just cannot express enough just how great my first impression was!!! I definitely recommend Synergy Bariatrics!!!!"
