Actual Tuesday Post

OK heres my post for Tuesday (its actually 3:40am on Wednesday)
My workout sucked just to be honest.  I practically flew around the track 24 laps to get my 2 miles in but i just wasnt feeling good, i went downstairs to hit the eliptical -i wanted at least 2 miles, the best i could get was 15 minutes and that was a stretch.  I just didnt have it.  i have beat myself up for it, but im over it now.  Maybe I was just too tired, a bit dehydreated, who knows but its a new day.  No workout today coz i have church tonight, thursday has to be better!

Breakfast-protein bar (zone bar was soooooooo good!) and a coke zero-on the run this morning, hungry so dumb me had a resee cup and 2 fun size almod joys............not too joyous now that i think about it.
lunch-a "completes" meal very tasty-not enough protein though-roast beef w gravy and mashed pots. Had to work through lunch--so it was hit and miss wehn i could get a bite in.
dinner-hamburger patty with cheese and mustard a couple of thin pretzel sticks.
STUPID CHOICE-a handfull of spice drops and 4 frozen oreo cookies and a small glass of milk

I plan to succeed today.NO bad food choices.Today WILL be better I REFUSE to sabotogue  myself I have come wayyyyyyyy to far for this stupid behavior!!!   MIND ISSUES REALLY PISS ME OFF!! Today will be BETTER!  It could have been worse--i could have had ice cream LOL
