7/19/09 - My first 5K Success Story!

Well, my first 5K was a success - No Walking! There were others that would start out fast and fly by me, but in the end, I passed them as they burned out. Not me, I was slow and steady and made it the whole way without walking. My time was 41:29, so we'll see what the next one brings!

Never thought I could, but I did it!!!!
