I have a surgery date!!!!

I am so excited, I finally have my surgery date! And what is best about it is that my great friend has the same surgery date!!! How great is that? So we will be much better friends when all of this is over since we will have this monumental life changing experience to talk about until we are old and gray. So we are taking the train May 1st 2007 to Onederland!! I feel like I have waited for this trip all of my life.

Well got to the second visit and some more tests. Today I had to visit the Physical Therapist and the Nutritionist. The Nutritionist was great, had some good ideas and encouraging words. I really loved her plate, that shows how much you should eat, I would like one of those. After the physical therapist did her/their thing. That was not anything like I thought it was going to be. I hardly could march in place for 2 minutes. I couldn't believe it, so I have decided that this will be part of my new exercise routine. Oh God I hate to exercise, especially since all I feel is pain when i do do it. Oh well, no pain no gain right??? This is going to be the hard part to motivate myself over.
