12:32 AM 4/18/2006to days I called Plumeri to get them to fax the results test the dun two the doctor office where and when have the surgery . hopefully today they will receive that fax and send it to the secondary insurance for approval .

back in 2003 Howe was falling a lot .into the emergency room two times from work . three times from the house.in July 2003 I had my gallbladder removed three weeks later I had blood clots to the long .after that point and tried to to get approval for the surgery was denied .finally got in two twelve week weight loss programs cents 2003 first of this year I went to Dr. Tillquist .After two months waiting for Eileen to tell me and to go to to specialists one Hart doctor one pulmonary doctor for surgery Clarence .now waiting for Swedish hospital to get the paperwork in for Medicare once that is in Eileen will send it to secondary insurance hopefully by the end of June or first part of july for the surgery .

I had a call about a week ago there waiting for some paperwork from the hospital to send to Medicare or some type of approval numbers sure if it's proven that Medicare will pay or hospitals sanctioned to receive Medicare she says she call me about many or fifteen . after the received the letter your own send for the proval to secondary insurance willfully by that time they will give the given me a date for the surgery .
when it called the doctor's office on may sixteenth .they told me that they were waiting for Medicare to approve the office and the hospital before they will approve the surgery . so I'm wondering if I should go talk to a totally different doctor and see if I have to wait 90 days with them to or if I can get it done with them faster .

today I found out got my surgery will be on September 13 2006 at 730 in the morning . finely after three years I'm having the surgery .the letter approval to me was world strangely that didn't seem that it was only pay for what I received it on the sixteenth of August the company from our secondary insurance system letter that it is medically necessary and it is approved for two days in the hospital .

I went in for the pre op to day testing .they only took two vile of blood For September thirteenth surgery . Some a vice the received from my secondary insurance is to request that all people working in the op to be with the insurance company that I have so they will get paid much easier and faster And all follow ups in the hospital that they take my insurance .

. Today I want to see my doctor to surgery done this coming Wednesday . my weight was 352 pounds bmi 53.2 .the weight is about 15lbs. down from beginning of the year . Starting Sunday start on soups and salads . On Thursday I start on clear liquids till Thursday at about 1130pm . For surgery on Wednesday .

. on September 13 . Arrived at the hospital that 545 AM I didn't get back there 615 am .the propped up and see the doctors until 715 am . As on the table for two hours in the recovery room . I was supposed to be in there for an hour from 930 to about 1030 was about 1230 ,that I finally got to the room . They were doing some remodeling in the room .
. I was in pain . I had a ivy pump of delation.the pain was about eight to nine . temperature was 99 .7 two 101.0 . blood pressure was 185 over 110 the highest . At time of discharge the pressure was 140over 98. Mike temperature was 99.1 .
Still in pain has two different types one was the gas . The others were the main the pocket .for bypass surgery .

. today I saw my surgeon . We discussed what type of plan I should be on we decided on can do more liquids and some pureed foods. by doing liquids longer what I should get to my weight by the end of the first year out .
And more than walking between twenty and 30 minutes . I'm trying to increase the speed that I walk that . It's been hard for the first three weeks to get the walking in . and try and get walking done every day . some days I don't feel like it . Those are the days are trying to do the most .

I am down to 292lbs. she is recommending That I take b1vitamin to help with the Nevis system .I had her take a look at this book heating while actor weight loss surgery by patt levine.she thinks this is a good book to have on hand to get some new recipe ideas .
