30th of July 2013   I have one more normal day before I start my 12 day liquid diet. I thought I would write down some comments to remind myself why I am doing this.   1. It's hard to get up off the couch, it hurts my body  2. Can't even think about a full day of activity. Make me tired. 3. I can't feed 3 ponies without sweating and puffing. 4. I'm always looking for somewhere to sit down  5. Don't want to go out, to embassised, feel fat. 6. Want to see my x but don't want him seeing me like this. 7. Want to play with the horses but don't have the energy. 8. Don't have the energy to clean the house 9. So tired all the time. 10. My boobs strangle me when I ly down.  11. Seats are uncomfortable.  12. Can't fit through gaps. 13. I have no social life. 14. Feel to fat to get a man 15. My car feels tiny because I'm big.  16. If I walk anywhere it hurts my body 17. I sleep not than I'm awake 18. No energy for anything 19. Wasting my life doing nothing but eating.  20. Never know what to eat.  21. I break a sweat just grocery shopping.
