"I would just like to say that Dr.Neighbert took me in under his care as a transfer patient. My Doc(Dr.Randell Bolar) moved to Tenn. in May 2006. I would like to say that Dr.Neighbert has saved my life. I meet with him and he is a very nice man, i love the staff and i think they have a better program that Bolar did. St.Joe East is a great hospital and they do have wonderful care..........Thanks Dr.Neighbert and satff...................Vickie R."
