hi all i hope things are good for you all as for me i am trying to get back on track after alot of bad has happened to me and my family i am hoping its going to streighten out again .. i am asking how to get back on track . i have gained back 100lbs i want it back off .. i am very very ad i have tryed very hard for weigh loss and had alot of it then things happened and now .. i dont want to get back where i was please pray for me thank you all

i just got approved for my skin remove on my tummy so now back to the dr.s i love it .. i had to appeal it twice and now i get it done ... i love it ...

well today i am 19 months out and still lossing it is slow now but i look and fell so much better now but i am onto my next battle and thats to get my extra tummy skin removed the ins. denid me so i appeled it now i and on my second appel about it sorry about the spelling i went from 520lbs down to 277 lbs wow thats 243lbs gone good bye i am proud of myself and my friends on here i dont think i could have made it without you all .. i still come here some but dont know what to say .. i dont get on here like i used to tho i can do so much more now when i started this i was in a wheel chair now i am not and i walk all the time .. its so good and i can get clothes to fit me i have found a new person inside of me i love so much more things now .. i would do it all over again .. i hope this helps someone out there love and god bless you all regina price

here it is a year and half sents i had my wls what a difference it has been i have lost 240lbs and i just took mesuresments and they are so much smaller i could not belive it thank you all for all the support you have gave and i am still losing love and god bless you all

WOW  i did not see the difference til this pic set i am not saying it has been all easy but i has not seemed like 7 moths and could not really see the difference til now ..i still have alot to go and alot of things i need to work on but i am getting there .. i talked to my medicaid worker the other day cause she calls me every month and i was asking about skin removeal and see said that some time they dont cover it but if it is medicaly needed they will cover it .. well let me tell ya my dr. said that i do in deed need it and i do get the rashes and i take pics of them .. i know its not time for skin removeal yet but it just gives you a peace of mind .. my dr. said that i would loss 60 to 100lbs of skin WOW thats alot but wow ..   

7 mos out and down 177lbs .. time dose fly .. i am doing good now that i got thou all the problems i had i can do so much more than befor i now weigh 343lbs i have not seen this in 11 years .. i am able to do more now .. and dont hurt as bad .. my family is not used to me being able to do stuff but they are learning .. my son he used to have to park near the door at the store and go in and get one of those ele. carts . now i tell him just to park .. my mom says i can walk better than she can .. my hubby he dont know what to do at times hes so used to doing so much for me and now he dont have to do so much and he get bored lol no but him really had alot to do to help me and now he dont he still tries and some times it really gets to me people always wanting to do so much for me i know they love me and are used to it but come on now i can move better i am not by far all better but geting there i have a goal to get to and i am trying my dr. said that i wont never get there but i am trying to prove him wrong .. i dont know why my goal is 125lbs but thats what i .. everyone is telling me thats to small or i will look sick .. i did not have this just for looks i had it for my health and then my looks but my health problems are all gone no meds to take any more just vitmins. i can and will live with that i only have 218lbs to go to goal and i know i will have alot of skin to be removed  i do have a new problem thou i love to shop i dont know why i guess its because i always hated it cause the looks and things people would say and now they dont well i am going to close now love and god bless all

i for got to change my bmi it is now 66.1 that was the 19th of oct.

my weight loss sents july 19 til today is a wow 123lbs.. but sents july 26 its a 107 just what ever date i go by its all good i wait for my next goal .. i was told today that i now can drive and work out ,lift weights and all that stuff now i know more weight is going to melt now
