well i decided to retrain my mind and my pouch, i found this online and man have i noticed a big diffrence. i am on day 2 of the 5 day test, i am so full of energy. i couldnt believe how much i was grazing on big calorie foods. it also has been on week since i started my nooner exercie lol and i am down 6 lbs and i am super reenergized to kick some wieght butt.
i can't beleive how 2 day can get my mind and body back on track. well i will send some more up dates at the end of my 5 day pouch test.

well it;s been a while and well lets just say those size 14 jeans i had to paint on and could not do up are kinda baggie now woo hoo, i am refusing to buy any more cloths till after my plastic surgey yes u heard me corrent i have finally got my consultation to a plastic surgern woo hoo i m gonna say good buy to the fat and those dame bat wings lol
there gonna fix my hernia at the same time as my plasic surgery so thats rad!!
well things are going awesome i am working way up north in a isolated community where the only way to travel is by plane and im loving ever minute of it, the best part is that i am working a nurse practitior. so it makes me want to finish my masters all that faster

well i am in shock iwent shopping today and thought i would buy some large sweats and felt kinda crazy so i thought i would live life dangerously and try on a size medium, WELL HOLY SHIT THEY FIT I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW GOOD IT FELT TO DO THAT CAN;T BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR. AND LAST YEAR I WAS SQUEZZING MY SELF IN TO A 6X,
WOW ITS GREAT TO BE ALIVE !!!!

well i went shoping last week and i bought xl scrubes, it was super exciting i have never been able to wear that size in my whole life
i have given away all my 2 xl scrubes and can't wait to get to a med size
any who things are great cant ask for more i am able to walk at the race track for 4 miles, wow i can't beleive that, just think a year ago i couldnt walk half a block with out my knees, hip and my back being in extreme pain and out of breath.
i am so thankful for this surgery and the life i have choosen to live for my kids.

well i can't beleive it is sunday and my surgery is on wed morning, i wasnt all that worried or freaking out. that is untill sat morning. once i was done work on friday then it hit me like a big rock. i found my self looking at everything i ate and how amazing it is gonna be only eating 30 ml of food. 
well the kids are ready and packed to stay with thier grandparents. there so little they won't even notice me gone lol. 
my bags are packed and tommorrow i travel to red deer, so tues i can have a bowel cleansing day lol, then the surgery. the doc says i prob discharged that sunday. sooo here i go wish me luck

  well i weighed my self today and lost 12 pounds , so i lost what i gained and anouther 5 on top of that so i am super excited so it should make the doc happy. i know i am happy about it lol 
i have been hearing form all my co workers that i should not have the sugery bc i have lost so much already, but they dont get it , i really need to work at it and it is so hard i need every little bit of help to keep my goals going

today i am very anxiouse i find my self looking at lots of diffrent video on there experances with gastric bypass
i am soo nervious 

well i was out and about on the weekend, had a blast suffered the next day drank too much !!! still recovering today but on the up side i vomited 6 pounds away woo hoo i am 385

TODAY I AM EXCITED BECAUSE I HAVE SHED OF THE XMAS WEIGHT I GAINED. SO I WEIGHT MY SELF TO DAY AT 394 LBS, SO I HAVE 4 POUNDS TO GO BEFORE I MEET WITH MY SURGEN IN 5 DAYS. I AM SO NERVOUSE I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS SURGERY SO IT IS THE FINAL STRETCH NOW, I WILL DIE IF HE SAYS NO TO MY SURGERY BECAUSE I CAOULDNT LOSE 4 POUNDS. SO FAR I HAVE A TOTLE LOSS OF 31 POUNDS. 
FOR XMAS MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A TREADMILL TO HELP GET US WALKING SICE THE WEATHER HERE SUCK !

i meet with dr. farries for my second appointment i was very nervouse do to the fact i was sick and unable to truly stick to my eating style. so when i stepped on the scale i was excite to lose 6 pounds. so i only need to lose 10 pounds by jan 15 to get the surgery. wow i can taste it it is so close but wow what i time to do it. the xmas season. but i will do it. 
so i had a action pack day when i was there for my appointment a quick visit with doctor and i got the "dont eat chesse speach" man that is hard on for me to give up.
then i need to go meet with a psychiatrist for a metal check then i was off to the red deer hopsital for my gastroscopy, well i was a little worried about them trying to shove a tub down my throat and not hitting some one but it didnt come to blows. the heavely medicated me so i had a nice nap and the expericance was very pleasent. soo here goes eveything !!!!
