Well today is the day after my surgery. I am finally banded. I lost 15 lbs on the pre-op diet. I am feeling good. The pain is minimal and the scarring is very little. I can't wait to start losing more.

Today is the beginning of my liquid diet. I think I am going to be just fine. I have all the things I think I am going to need. I have to be on this diet for 2 weeks.
