June 15, 2003--My doctor let me come home Friday night and I am doing well, just tired and sore. Thanks to everyone for their support and especially to my Angel Jaime and my special friends Kathy, Julia, Jocelyn and Lynn. I couldn't have made it through this without them. Thanks ladies you mean more than you can imagine. Jaime I'm sorry you drove so far to see me sleep :) I've officially made it to the other side. Yeah, for me!!
In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
Just wanted to tell you how excited I am for you that tomorrow is your "big day"! I will continue to keep you in my prayers and I know in my heart that this is going to go well for you! Congratulations on your first step to a new beginning!
Hi Lisa.. Not long now, and you'll be on the other side, too! It's so exciting. I would do it again in a heartbeat, as long as Dr. Lucktong was my surgeon. Be of good heart. Where the Lord guides, he will provide. Prayers and best wishes for your surgery, and your new life
"If you think you are beaten, you are; If you think you dare not, you don't; If you'd like to win, but think you'll lose, you're lost. For out in the world we find success begins with a person's faith; It's all in the state of mind. Life's battle don't always go to the stronger or faster hand; They go to the one who trusts in God and always thinks ‘I can.’"
